Frank Nolimal is an employee benefit specialist and business insurance planner in Las Vegas. He is a partner in the commercial insurance agency of Assurance Ltd where he has built his clientele over the last three decades.

Frank’s clients number in the hundreds of local and regional businesses throughout the southwest. His Las Vegas service team provides clients with employee enrollments, healthcare navigation and provider claim issues. “My mission as an employee benefit consultant is to add an extension to a client’s Human Resource department by offering services and features not typically offered by insurance agents.” His client list includes many engineering, architectural and law firms along with light manufacturing and multi-faceted service companies both large and small.

A resident of Southern Nevada since 1976, Frank earned his bachelor’s degree from the school of business at Arizona State University. In 1990, he earned his professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant from the American College in Bryn Mahr, Pennsylvania.

Most recently his guidance to employers has been surrounding the interpretation and implementation of the Affordable Care Act. His presentation titled The Good, the Bad and the Ugly of Healthcare Reform and Beyond has been delivered to over 3,000 individuals through professional associations throughout Las Vegas. Personal Details
Frank served as a volunteer for 32 years on multiple levels of board of directors with the American Cancer Society including their National board. He is an advocate of personal development of communication and leadership skills learned through his over 35 year membership in Toastmasters International. Frank has served as Las Vegas and state of Nevada President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Frank and his wife Robin, have one daughter, Amanda who is a Arizona State graduate now working on her nursing degree at Roseman University. Frank and Robin reside in Lake Las Vegas with their three dogs.
